And still Ntl haven't made any of you sign a 12 month contract, nice to know they still have the business sense of a chimp!

Any other company would make you sign a new contract......even Virgin mobile make you sign up for another year when you upgrade your phone (on contract obviously). Maybe Dicky will teach them some sense!!
