No service in Nottingham NG8 - anyone else?
I woke up this morning to find out my internet is completely gone. Basford USB is down.
1st call to tech support at 11am, they say its going to be up at 12.30pm, No luck call them again, they then say its going to be 8pm tonight. What a load of crap, so I redail as the guy didnt seem to have a clue, next agent says its 1.30pm
I take it relations between the enginners and call centres is lacking?
Would be nice if I had a solid answer to know where i stood
Isnt NTL in breach of contract after 24 hours of no service without any notification, could anyone clear this up ?
