What's idiotic about making a 5-minute phone call that saves you ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£100's? Who's the idiot?

I'm still in my first year, but I'll be straight on the phone at the end of it.

The system might be wrong, but you'd be mad not to use it like everyone else does.

Perhaps NTL are happy with people paying 2p a month after their 12 months are up. The installation's all paid for, so it's free money for them, 2p more than if you cancelled. The idiots are those who keep paying for the "free" installation after the first 12 months.
