I'd double and triple check this bit. Does it apply to all destinations or just the talk talk ones?
Also do you have to call in each month for the refund or will they do it automatically?
I'd make sure the points like speed etc. and the lifetime offer were noted on the account and you have the details of who authorised it.
Its a good deal but I'd make sure of it as they might have just been saying what they needed to say in order to keep you for a few more months.
Whoever you got in retentions for this wants their head examinded. They can't expect to give this type of offer out to people without any limitations being mentioned. Already getting a hefty discount on the 10Mb broadband with free phoneline + calls will get out to other customers and eventually everyone will want put onto it.
