Having problems with broadband in the Stockton Area (Ingleby Barwick) today - support (10p a minute... 3 minutes of recorded messages before entering the call queue... cheeky b*******) tell me it's because of "the upgrade" and that I'll be off line until tomorrow lunch time....
That can't be right surely?
(my neighbours tell me it was fine first this this morning - I tried to get on at about 10am... it was gone then and hasn't been back
)
