This site gives good info but as I was told yesterday on the phone that " this is NTL and we don't use the emails method for helping customers" I pointed out that all ISPs allow some degree of help over emails but had the reply " We are larger than those and we don't this is how we do our business "
So dont bother sending emails they will not reply to them even though they have one listed

Get your dad to ring have it all infront of him the pings etc and ask him to put you on if he is having problems explaining it all they will talk to you if your father puts you on.
