Well I have been having this problem on and off for a few weeks but ofcourse its not NTL its my router

I think not the router is working perfectly.

This is playing havoc with my gaming and on a 2mb service!!
If this is what NTL want then we should also have an online ticket system as ADSL ISPs have to allow us to have help using emails trying to tell some guy in far off country what your pings are is near impossible while it could be copied onto emails and show where the problems are.
