He could have easily done work in your cabinet in the street, no need to go into the house to do most things with the connection.

Well I was 17 at the time, he refused to wait 2 minutes for my dad to return home. He then proceded to charge us £10 :/. The support knew that I was 17 when I rang them up and never mentioned it to me.
Anyone else having similar problems in the kent area?
