hahahah you think i am the only person who used them for over this long and thought what I thought...
I think there are many more people like me out there but because they want to keep their same phone number or just purely too lazy to change over they just pay up every month.
Believe me I have tried to leave a few times before but they dont accept cancellation over the phone they want you to write in via post or in my case just stop direct debit.
Its called accepting their problems and letting things be unchanged hoping things will change and become better - this is ultlimatley the reason for 3 years of service and I am sure there are lots of silent users out there who have been doing the same said thing.
