There was a phone line already installed. From calling them to get the line activated, it took them three weeks to get to the house. If the line at the cabinet was OK, there would be no charge. But if there was a problem with the line in the house, I'd have to pay a £75 charge.. Why should I have to pay for a fault that was not mine? I told them to bugger off. They dropped the charge.
