I'm not an employee.... Your feedback I'm sure is honest and genuine, but not particularly constructive. However, your feedback is your experience only, and your sweepeing statements about ntl being generally awful are simply untrue.

your experience of it. There are plenty of people on here who could claim to be have had a trouble free internet service from ntl. Does that make them liars?
