You said in another post that you "wrote my IP address into a browser to get my router settings up".
Im guessing the IP address that you put in your browser to get your router settings up is the correct IP address you need to use.
However to make sure, on your PC (assumimg Windows Xp here) if you goto Start->run and type cmd and hit return you will get a small window open.
In there type ipconfig and hit return.
Look at what it says - and where it says Default Gateway - check out the IP address next to it - this is more than likely the IP address of your router.
