Ah, but what Microsoft say is that you should set the DNS to be the IP address of your Router.

Try that!

Also try turning off any firewall that is on the PC the Xbox connects too - your protected via your router anyway and it will take one more thing out of the problem for now.

If it proves to be that then we can look at that issue.
