Something tells me you can't traceroute blueyonder.co.uk, you're not allowed to, whenever i trace it, it never works either.
I've just run an 8hour ping to bbc.co.uk, and the issue seems to have sorted itself out, only 6% packet loss over 8hours, and everything now seems to be responding, not sure how, or why, but it is.

I may even canel my engineer for tomorrow.
