Tonight the problem seems almost non-existant, but occasionally it kicks in really badly.

The max throughput i've had on my line tonight is 2.8mbps. But i'm averaging around 1.2mbps. Which i hate as pay for 4mbps.

I'll let you know how the engineers visit goes. And meanwhile keep checking for reported faults.

Also, where are you based?
