Just done a speed test, seems like an issue as i pay for 4Mb

2nd 512K took 4531 ms = 113 KB/sec, approx 931 Kbps,
0.91 Mbps
3rd 512K took 4266 ms = 120 KB/sec, approx 989 Kbps,
0.97 Mbps
4th 512K took 12875 ms = 39.8 KB/sec, approx 328 Kbps,
0.32 Mbps
Overall Average Speed = approx 807 Kbps,
0.79 Mbps
