Your modem is not capable of delivering that much bandwidth to be honest that's why I'm a bit confused.

Even if uBR isn't limiting you in any way you still shouldn't be able to get those kinds of speeds, your modem will only be capable of 38Mbit/s.

The most that any cable modem that isn't DOCSIS 3 can do is 51Mbit/s and I think your modem is of the type that only goes up to 38.

Oh well, we'll see.

BTW The upstream should be throttled by the modem however your upstream speed test is about as high as your modem can do without any capping at all (allowing the other people in the area a little bandwidth

Am sure they'll be able to find something, it's a new one on me. You cannae change the laws of physics and they say 7.2MB/s is impossible on normal non-DOCSIS 3 cable, as is your ADSLGuide speed test.
