Well in that case - the only question left is. Prior to the new account being ordered, the only IP address that I could get on the PC was within the same range as the modem (ie 192.168.1.xxx). When checking the operation configuration, it read Network Access : Disabled.

After signing up for the account, the Network Access is now allowed and I have an IP in the range 81.97.xxx.xxx

This indicates to me that the only that needs to be done is visit the autoreg site and provide the PIN number and surname etc.... and it would then assign me a different IP address to allow full network access.

Is this correct or am I completely wrong to assume this?
