Get used to it.
The spam mail was sent to loads of people using the blind copy function.
It makes it easy to pick out as spam though, so just delete it.
P.S. NEVER open these messages, if you do you are just telling the sender that they have found a 'live' adress which will open the flood gates for dozens of similar messages.
