A 42 minute HD show is about 10gig's worth, so its not difficult to reach 500gig real easily. Plus when iptv comes along, that will eat up bandwith like no tomorrow. lol, 10gig. I watch hd content from the states and its no where near that.
Theres not a huge lot of analogue left to remove, what you fail to notice is that ntl's network is private so they have the full spectrum at thier disposal.
