I hardly get 10meg dl speed which I paid for getting really fed up with it and would like other users to comment on it.
Speeds I get are between 500kbs and 10meg.
I'm paying for a 10meg at ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£34pm and you don't get it.Was with be unlimited they say you can get up to 24meg once they retrain your line and so on.I was getting 18meg dl speed and that what I got all the time.

Need some help here, need to complain but want a ntl e-mail address so it's easyer to keep a copy.Could some one provide one please.Does someone know who you complain to is it off com.Maybe if enough of us complain they may do something about it.

I've read around and I don't see this issue for there 1meg and 2meg services.
