Can't see this as anything more than a cynical money making ploy though. How it costs them to provide a freephone number on their own network is beyond me.

Even if they can't afford the cost of calls from outside the network they could have kept 150 and provided a geo number for external callers. Guess that doesn't generate any cash to give to the shareholders though does it!

Edit - Just checked the unverified numbers list on saynoto0870 and they have two numbers, one for Bromley platform and one for Langley - no menu either!

Problem with both those numbers is that they're Hook numbers - there's not C/S, faults, TS in Hook. I'm not sure that those numbers are correct...
