Had bad service for about a week now. Slow browsing, yahoo.com now not displaying any more. Have tried both with and without my router making sure to power down everthing for a minute, then connecting with another minute wait before turning it all back on again.
I thought it would be because of the power surge we had the other night. (CV2 area) - but as Im typing this, while in a long NTL que, there is no indication of Coventry having problems.
Another thing I just noticed, my "rec" light flashes once, then my "ethernet" light flashes once and vice versa, which I am assuming is normal ? Anyways Ive never had a problem till recently
Modem is an Ambit 250.
Downstream Receive Power Level : 8.2 dBmV (which im thinking is a little high)... ?
any help appreciated
