The network rebalancing thats appearing on the service page alot, anyone know exactly what is being done? My area (Goodmayes) hasnt come up as of yet..

I would imagine at some stage ntl will look at peak time traffic and put something in place, some ISP's already have such as PlusNet. |
Well lets hope its sooner rather than later or they will start to lose customers.
