I'm just over the road (well kind of) in Nuneaton and having the same problem. Being told that it's my router, when I have tested both native and through the router.
This needs to be sorted out - it's impossible to use my connection for anything....games die, videos cut out or don't load at all, music streams simply disconnect mid song.
Come on NTL - get it sorted for crying out loud. If there are any kind CF team members about who wish to help some of us guys, by all means do so
