Yep - I've got both and a mate round the corner just had broadband installed (1 meg) and they put him a modem in, it's even next to the STB in his lounge....

We both live in an area where they use STBs to provide the cm connection - in fact mine used to be through the old Pace STB but was always locking up so I got a SACM as well.
