Because then the children suffer. This is who the benefit is for, to help pay for his children. If you withdraw the benefit then you are punishing the kids for something they do not have control over. |
Then remove the ability to bring any more kids in to that situation or tell him straight you get no more benefit no matter what if you have any more kids. The man is a parasite on the benefits system and there should be a point where enough is enough.
