I tried HDClone, but the free version was extremely fussy, and refused to detect my sata disks in any shape or form. Plus, I had to google for the free English version because their website kept on giving me the German download, even though I was on the English version of the site. I wasn't impressed!

The last time I did German was about 5 years ago - there was no way I was going to spend hours rummaging around in a phrasebook/dictionary to use the software.

I shall be kepping all my emergency boot cds/ghosting utils in a useful place for a rainy day.
