I had a great one with telewest. I moved house, gave the proper notice etc etc, and was told take the equipment with you and we will come and collect it on xx/xx/xx. I tried to explain that I was moving outside their area, and then surprise surprise noone came and collected it. Nearly two years latter I still have telewest kit sitting in my understairs cuboard.
