The price hasn't been increased - in fact, it's recently been decreased. 10Mb used to be £37.99, but was reduced to £34.99 in mid-January. That information is outdated, and if you look at another page (e.g.,
http://www.home.ntl.com/page/broadband3), you can see the correct price.
