Sometimes it's ok for a while , then it is slow regardless of poxy proxy settings.
I spent 10 minutes on 0845 trying to stir them into action, but had to hang up.
The geographical numbers at saynoto0870 dont get through.
And I dont want to pay 4.45p/min to complain about their slow service!
