last summer they put a flyer out offering 1mb for £9.99 (for 12 months) for new customers and those mighty fine people in rententions let existing customers have it also if they asked. and to quote the excellent service professional in retentions "I agree, I personally dont think it's right existing customers aren't getting this" (in as many words).
