I think what we have here is a classic case of loose wording by NTL marketing. We all know they have done it before. Remember that newspaper ad they took out a couple of years ago that boasted Spiderman was available to download online before it was in the cinema (they told the ASA they meant to say the
trailer was online before it was in the cinema, honest, guv)?
We all just need to accept they are not very good at this lark and then get on with life. Leave the poor souls alone to contemplate their mediocrity.
