ok my grammar isnt the best but so what jtwn.
Ill take the time to say thanks to bbking, stu and ignition for their help during my diagnostics.
Ignition the guy I spoke to I am not sure if he was in tech support or not when I contacted ntl I didnt use the normal channels, he defenitly didnt sound like he was in a call centre.
