The thing with the postcodes I believe is that the post office sells the data base to companies. Also if you are getting told you can not get ntl services, one reason could be that your area could be sold out, unable to get more people onto the network (one green box can on average only have 48 customers) Best thing to do is ring sales and speak to someone.
