Is this the same if you bought your modem? I'm still using my CMX modem and get 8.5mbit. I'm not too fussed at the mo but will eventually ask for a new modem. I'm still entitled to a rental modem so will I have to pay this ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50 fee. If I do, i'd love to get the NTL CEO and rips his balls off and serve them as dessert in the NTL canteen.
