Cable Forum - View Single Post - Cant set up ftp server on ntl 10mb connection.

ive turned off the windows firewall, im not using LCS ( I dont actually know what it is but im pretty sure im not using it) and yeh i have tried reinstalling it several times and setting it up again but to no avail.
