The Router will have a switch inbuilt which you can use or connect your current switch to it. The only part of the system that will be 108mbps is the Wireless and that will only work between 2 Wireless Devices at that speed (if you ever achieve it, that is). The switch on the Router will be 10/100 so your computers will negotiate at one of those speeds depending on the speed of your NIC and quality of your cabling.
