Having trouble in the Croydon area this morning, the 0808 990 9877 number is going to Engaged Tone. It was OK yesterday evening. Nothing on the service status board. Last time this happened it took them 3 days to sort it out.

Actually I seem to recall that last time this happened the problem was within the Bt network. They had removed the number translations from their exchanges but i suspect they had a piece of paper from Ntl telling them to do so!
