But if you want to ask I would have to guess that Americans eat the most donuts (per capita) and the inhabitants of one of either an African/Indian or former Soviet country take the most bribes. I
did used to know what the most corrupt country on earth was but I've forgotten, sorry.
Why is it ok to say something like 'Germans, per capita, drink the most beer in the world' but you take offence if people say that Nigerians seem to commit a lot of fraud?
