its Win XP service pack 2.

Which ever utility I use (Dlinks own or Microsofts wireless network scan tool) both see the NTL network, I've secured it and changed the channel numbers just in case (because I can see 2 other networks and thought there might be some inteferrance as you say)

I'm using WPA-PSK, configured on both the router + PCI card (I've only tried this because I tried without any security at all and it still wouldnt connect, so I thought I best secure it just in case!)

The exact error I get is when you try to select the wireless network to connect to, I get a message simply saying "Waiting for network" The signal is around 100% as I have the router + NTL modem right next to the PC, thought I'd set it up before moving stuff around.

Any ideas appreciated, thanks.
