Here's a new one on me,

I've just received a letter from NTL, telling me that they are going to suspend my services because I owe them money. WHAT SERVICES!! I DON'T HAVE ANY SERVICES!! I MOVED ADDRESS AND CANCELLED ON THE 20th OCTOBER 2005.

Not only are they going to suspend my phone connection to my old address, they want to charge me ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£20 to restore it and say that it will now affect my credit rating. If they want to get nasty, then bring it on, I'm more than capable of sticking with this to the bitter end.

Can anyone tell me what drugs these people are taking, because seriously, we need to tell the police?

I would have laughed if it wasn't so ridiculous.

I can see I am going to be running with this one for a very long time. When NTL advertise for staff, it must read: "Only Idiots need apply."
