Note the mention of the Radio Communications Agency - this is in regards to use of the radio spectrum for wireless broadband. It does not invalidate the Computer Misuse Act, nor necessarily affect NTL's AUP.
It also refers to broadband sharing
with consent - unauthorised use of someone else's broadband over wireless would still be illegal.
