Personally, I think this will cause a lot of problems. It's ok to ban people, but when it's close to last orders and people have had a huge amount to drink. Imagine the local villain, and a dozen of his mates all lighting up, being told to either put it out or get out. I hope the police have the reinforcements to cope with this type of scenario.
