This is correct, on a daily basis I deal with on behal;f of NTL 100's of payments. All Credit Card and debit card details are help on the computer database. However any agent dealing with these details should have some scrupples and not take a payment with consent, it however does happen in allot of situations. If however you are forced into it via the threat of a downgrade of service be sure to get the card deactivated on the system, that way a payment can not ensue.
