I changed proxy to lutn-7 and things seem to be a bit better for now, but it was really getting ridiculous. It took 10 minutes to load a simple text html page, and about 5 minutes for this reply to post

I couldn't get anything from lutn-11, couldn't even resolve the domains. My default lutn server could resolve domains but was downloading things at tortoise rate (watching the source of a page, it was around one character every few seconds)
