Supposedly, if you call up the moves dept. before the 12 months is up and give them a moving address that is not NTL cabled, they'll let you break out of the contract with no penalty. Of course, you will have to be a bit creative with what address you give them.

I'd wait to find out if that's still NTL policy though, it was at one point.
