The problem here is that people are disregarding how much love and to what a level of esteem muslims hold the Prophet Muhammed in. Freedom of speech is one think, but applying it to cause offence (and not for one minute do I think the editors did not think they were going to cause offence) is just being the catalyst for ongoing problems.

If they have decided to live in the nice safe free speech West then they should just stfu if the West's freedom of speech allows for a sense of humour.
