Are you connected over wireless to the router whislt trying to debug this fault? ie do you know the fault is with the line/modem/router/wireless/computer blah blah.

Can you plug into your router via cable to see if this helps?

There are so many things that could be at fault and the best way to start it is try and eliminate as many possible bridges as you can.
Coz I couldn't get a response with the router connected to the NLT stb, I had to disconnect it and reconnect just using the cable to stb. This is how I am now online. The problem I have is that we have checked the network cable - it is ok. We've checked the router and that is ok, but the two together are not working sufficiently for me to get online through ie. It seems to be a very simple procedure to connect up and I did get the "connection has been successful" so why does it not connect to ie.
