All good but I've just realised that I'm still on 1mbps due to having an old PACE stb. So I want to know how long I've been paying too much for my broadband so I can get a refund!

Plus a new stb.

I'm in the north Manchester area which I think uses the Bromley system?
Did NTL not try and contact you to arranage an upgrade? They did for me, and I know they spent months contacting people.
